The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari - Take Away
Benefits of Reading Books Along with My Takes About The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari By Robin Sharma is it Worth Reading?
Let's Find out:
When I started my Blogg I thought about giving you guys a quick and overall my view about the books I read and book I am reading so currently I am reading:Thinking Fast and Slow By Danial Kahneman
But then I thought let give a brief summary of all the novel I read. Just for the information so far in my lifetime, I read almost like 223 Novels and counting so probably I have like 223 books to write about by the time all 223 will be finished I will still be having some like 20-30 books. And the idea of giving short story and review is to give you guys a glimpse of the story or after reading the book or just in case you forget what you read you can easily get that what the author is trying to convey.
Starting With Benefits Of Reading Daily:
Whoever is reading this post must have heard it that reading is very important we always read some while scrolling Instagram or Facebook reading others statuses or post and thinking what the hell I am doing while other is doing fun in Instagram and facebook and vise Versa is also true, we all are trying to make our social life glamourous no matter how boring it is, why to let others know?right?Being Productive is very important in our life these days especially those who are working or student or college basically means it is important for everyone and reading is like a brain exercise it like making invisible 6-packs for your brain. The brain requires exercise to keep it strong and healthy, so just like muscles you need to do brain exercises daily otherwise, you will lose of course not the brain but the muscles. So come back to the point reading specifically benefits of reading:
1. It keeps your brain active and engaged prevents it from losing power(use it or lose it:)
2. No matter how much stress you have in your work, in your personal relationships or countless others, you face in daily life it all goes away when you lose yourself in a great story.
3. Reading content is still very very important to make sure you are not reading a book with tonnes of shit(facebook and Instagram are there for that :-P).
4. The more you read more sound vocabulary you will have and will also help you with spoken English if you are not good at it and if you are already good at it this will help you to enhance it by rich words.
And that's pretty much it, for now, will keep posting more Reading Benefits in other Blogs.
The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari:
This Book is a kind of self-help book by Robin Sharma(a writer & a motivational speaker). The book is a classic telling the story of a fictional lawyer Julian Mantle, who sold his mansion and Ferrari to study the seven virtues of the Sages of Sivana in the Himalayan mountains.
I've always wondered what this book is about. The title is too catchy and I loooove Ferraris. Do you want one? I want one. Maybe that book is for you and me! Because Julian Mantle, The fictional, seven-figure-making lawyer this story is about, had one. And he was unhappy. So he sold it.It turns out he didn't actually need his Ferrari. All he needed is wisdom. And wisdom worth more than anything he had. So, after he collapsed from all the stress with a heart attack, he sold everything and started his journey to the Himalayan mountains. There, he found the Sages of Sivana, which taught him seven virtues, making him promise he'd pass on their teachings & Julian did pass on what he learned I will share quotes and lessons for details you need to read that book:
