The Business Of the 21st Century - Robert Kiyosaki

Image
About The Book: The turn of the 21st century has brought serious meltdowns in various economies across the globe. Mass layoffs, stock market decline, and top businesses filing for bankruptcy are all over the news. People began to think that financial freedom was a myth. How can they possibly experience financial stability when the economy itself is in turmoil? The business of the 21st century by Robert Kiyosaki aims to break this idea. It explains why this seemingly bad news is, in actuality, really good news. The book harps on the belief that each person should be responsible for his own finances. He should not depend on what is happening to the economy, because of wealth-building has nothing to do with it. The book discusses the effective business model which is compatible for those who are courageous enough to go into business. Who should read "The Business of the 21st Century"? If you are an employee with dreams of climbing the corporate ladder or a self-employe...

Rich Dad, Poor Dad

Image
About Book: Although controversial and often heavily Criticized, people have decided to give it worth reading - otherwise it wouldn't have sold over 32 million copies. I read this book a year ago and I loved it. I found out that most of the story is made up and that there's so much criticism around Robert and the book. However, that doesn't make it less of a good story or advice. The book isn't too long either and mostly covered in the first 50 pages, so I highly recommend you read it yourself. Who would I recommend the Rich Dad Poor Dad summary to? Anyone who is worried about his/her job being secure and anyone who doesn't know what the definition of an asset is. Rich Dad Poor Dad: The story starts with the idea that many of us are too afraid of being branded as a weirdo, in order to exit the rat race. We let the two main emotions dominate our decision: Fear & Greed. That's why we still stick to the outdated mantra "Go to school, go t...

The Road Less Traveled - M Scott Perk

About Book: The Road Less Traveled is a self-help book, beginning with the line, 'Life is Difficult', it covers such gloomy topics as the myth of romantic love, evil, mental illness & spiritual crises. It is inspirational, but in an old-fashioned way, putting self-discipline at the top of the list of values for a good life. This Book also strikes a great balance between science and religion, declaring neither can be superior to the other, which is likely to be a big part of its allure. A good read for everyone who leans heavily towards either side of the science-religion spectrum. Summary: Using his experience from counseling many clients throughout his career, he lays out a recipe for a fulfilled life that's based on self-discipline, love spirituality, and mysterious force he calls grace. Here are the 3 lessons he discusses: 1. Stay open to change your perspective of reality at any moment. 2. The action of love is much more important than the feeling, ...
